Hiwassee Products warrants that for 1 year from the date of shipment, hPACK products and components manufactured by Hiwassee Products will be free from material defects in material and workmanship under normal use and regular service.
Component parts may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which Hiwassee Products will assign (to the extent legally permissible) upon written request.
Consumable goods are not eligible for warranty or return.
